Ceo, Founder & Creative Director, of 3ATIYA Enterprises
Atiya El-Amin is a vocalist, performer, creative director, and cultural strategist with over 20 years of experience in the entertainment and creative industries. A third-generation entrepreneur and lifelong artist, she has built a career that bridges performance, production, mentorship, and creative leadership.
As a professional vocalist and performing artist, Atiya has spent decades developing work for the stage and collaborating alongside high-profile artists, celebrity talent, and respected industry creatives. Her experience as a working artist informs her role as a trusted performance coach, teacher, and mentor, guiding emerging and established creatives in refining both their craft and professional direction.
She is the founder of 3ATIYA Enterprises — a creative universe and professional platform designed to cultivate artistry, collaboration, and elevated creative experiences. Through 3ATIYA, she develops initiatives that support artist development, high-level creative collaborations, music and media production, experiential programming, and culturally rooted creative work.
Known for her refined yet holistic approach, Atiya blends artistic excellence with strategic direction, helping artists and collaborators move with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
Her work is guided by the belief that great artistry is not only performed — it is intentionally built through vision, discipline, and aligned creative environments.

With decades of experience spanning performance, choreography, film, and cultural preservation, Chester brings extraordinary historical depth and artistic mastery to select 3ATIYA productions and mentorship initiatives.
A master tap dancer, choreographer, director, and historian, Chester Whitmore is internationally recognized for preserving and advancing the legacy of American rhythm dance and jazz performance. Throughout his remarkable career, he has collaborated with and contributed to projects connected to iconic artists including Michael Jackson, Prince, Janet Jackson, Usher, and Doja Cat, among many others across film, television, and global stages.
Beyond performance, Chester is widely respected as a cultural educator and preservationist, dedicating his life to safeguarding the lineage of Black American dance traditions and mentoring the next generation of artists.
Through his advisory role with 3ATIYA, Chester provides creative guidance, historical perspective, and artistic mentorship that supports the continued elevation of excellence across productions, performances, and artist development programs.
